Features of the Ubiquiti UniFi Pro 48-Port Switch

Layer 3 Features

The UniFi Pro Switch provides Layer 3 capabilities, including inter-VLAN routing, static routing, and DHCP server functionality, in addition to Layer 2 switching protocols and features.

Near-Silent Cooling

The UniFi Pro Switch can be installed in any workspace. Its integrated fans include PWM (Power Management) control, air ducts and covers, and temperature sensors for an optimal user experience.

Fiber Connectivity

SFP+ ports support high-capacity uplinks of up to 10 Gbps, allowing you to connect directly to a high-performance storage server or establish a long-distance link to another switch.

Power Supply Redundancy

The UniFi Pro Switch works with our PSU failover system, the UniFi SmartPower RPS, model USP-RPS. If the internal power supply unit fails, the proprietary USP RPS interface acts to provide redundant power as backup.
