The Panasonic KX-NS700 Compact Hybrid Communication System has extensive capabilities and can support up to 288 expansions with Expansion Units. It is also a unified communications system with advanced IP features such as mobile linking, integrated voicemail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information. It can also employ built-in applications such as a call center solution, mobile solution, and voicemail system to enable more efficient work, greater customer satisfaction, and lower total cost of ownership.
Key Features of Panasonic KX-NS700 Compact Hybrid Communication System
BUILT-IN AUTO ATTENDANT
In call routing with voice assistance, the KX-NS700 can link consumers to the right section or operator based on their question as a standard feature. When the operator is unavailable, it can also prompt clients to leave a voice message.
USE EXISTING RESOURCES
Existing Panasonic analogue and digital PTs can be reused, allowing a system to be replaced at a minimal cost without squandering resources.
ENHANCED VOICEMAIL
The KX-NS700 may be upgraded to a voicemail system that can record up to 24 channels at once and store up to 400 hours. It also sends an email to users when they have new voice messages. Messages can also be received as attached files and forwarded. Email notifications can also be provided for missed calls if the client did not leave a message, allowing users to quickly contact the consumer.
SPECIFICATIONS CALL CENTRE SOLUTION
For small to medium-sized contact centers, the KX-NS700 includes an advanced call routing function. This feature is not dependent on an external CTI server. More efficient phone receiving allows you to make better use of limited resources to improve customer service.
AUTO-RECORDING AND BACKING-UP CONVERSATIONS
The voicemail system function can be used to automatically record customer discussions. When necessary, the recorded voice data can be immediately stored to USB memory or an external server over the internet and listened to. The data can be utilized to better understand customer service issues or opportunities.
COMPATIBLE WITH MODERN, STYLISH PHONES
Panasonic's KX-TCAx85 Series wireless phone, KX-DT5xx Series digital desktop phones, and KX-NT5xx Series IP phones were used. You can also use a variety of additional programs from our third-party software developer partners.
