What’s New?
The enhanced calling features include multi-call handling, simultaneous ringing, voicemail, text telephone (TTY) support, full dialing capabilities, call history, hold/resume, speed dial, transfer, forwarding, caller ID masking, and other advanced functions. These changes are now being sent, and they should become effective shortly.
Microsoft also integrates information and insights from the Microsoft Graph into Microsoft Teams as part of this new innovation strategy, enabling users to accomplish more.
