Poly Headset Sound Problems? Here’s Solutions for Your Computer Setup
Nothing is more detrimental than experiencing audio problems during a crucial online lecture, conference, or call. Before contacting technical support, there are a few things you can do if you are experiencing issues with audio reception on your computer. Go to Start > Settings (Gear Icon)

3. If the problem with the audio continues, you can select "Troubleshoot." You will receive action recommendations from the system.
4. Rebooting your computer is another option if you want to quickly reset the system.
