POLY: NDA Pre-Notification of End of Sale
VVX xx1 Series (Gen 2), SoundStation IP®
This is pre-notification to specific partners requiring long-lead time notification that VVX xx1 series models, SoundStation IP series models, and associated accessories will be entering an End of Sale (EOS) phase. Products affected by this advanced EOS notification consist of:
- VVX 101/201
- VVX 301/311
- VVX 401/411
- VVX 501/601
- VVX Expansion Module
- SoundStation IP 5000
- SoundStation IP 6000
- SoundStation IP 7000
Poly recognizes that some partners require additional lead time notification (greater than sixty (60) days) as product end of life may impact their existing solution offerings. With that in mind, we provide this additional guidance to help partners better manage their product transition to alternative Poly platforms and technology.
Please note the follow schedule is subject to change. All references to quarters are calendar year quarters.

- End of Sale for these models will occur after introduction of an alternative Trio product in Q4’2019 to allow customers and partners to transition.
Transition to VVX x50 Series
The VVX x50 Series offers functionally richer technology and is recommended as the next generation solution in the VVX xx1 series models. Additionally, Poly has shared, publicly, information about the upcoming CCX portfolio as the replacement for video capable, business media phones.

Transition to Trio Series
The current and future Trio 8xxx series offers functionally richer technology and is recommended as the next generation solution to the SoundStation IP series models.
Support Policy
These products continue to be fully supported until the End of Support date subject to our End of Life Policy for hardware/software products. In the event of conflict between these terms and the End of Life Policy these terms shall apply.
