How to Set Up the Yealink T46U's Directory List

Quick access to frequently used lists is provided via Directory, which you may access by simply tapping the Directory soft key while your phone is idle. Let's examine how to set up this functionality:
How to Set Up a Directory List on a Yealink Telephone
Online configuration is the most straightforward method.
1. Access the management page by logging in.
2. Choose "Setting."
3. You can choose the desired Directory and add it to the list under the Directory tab
Additionally, you can set up Directory using auto provisioning.
1. Go to Yealink's website and download an auto provision template.
2. Locate the XML file by unzipping the file.
3. In order to set up the directory list, you must now edit the template. ## Enable=1 indicates that adding the item to the directory list is your goal. By establishing the priority, you can also order the preferred sources.
4. Provide the access URL in the configuration files and upload the template file to your provisioning server.
5. All you need to do is add the URL to the configuration file to be done!
