Call History for Grandstream GXP1625: How to Make a Call

For everyone of us, time is incredibly valuable. We're always searching for methods to save time, and anything that will help you out at work is worth it!

It's common knowledge that having a VoIP phone at your desk facilitates better communication and boosts productivity. Some VoIP phones have so many features that we occasionally forget about the more straightforward features that help expedite even the smallest activities.

Making use of the Call History feature on your phone to place calls is one shortcut that most VoIP phones have that I believe is important to note. This might save you time when searching for phone numbers or even when making phone calls. particularly when you are phoning a regular phone number. We can probably think of a few situations in which this might be useful, and many of you probably currently make use of this feature on your phone.

I'll use the Grandstream GXP1625 as an example of how to access and use your call history for the purposes of this blog post.

It's easy to view your call log. The Main Menu can be accessed by just pressing the Menu button first. Secondly, choose Call History from the list of options. Following this, you'll see that the phone displays a log of all the calls you've made recently. Using the Up and Down Arrow buttons on the phone's front, you can go through this list.

To initiate a call, simply select the desired number from your Call History and press the Send button. After that, you won't have to search through your phone book or dial to make a call!
