The VVX Color Expansion Module complements the appearance and feel of the VVX business media phones.
When fully equipped, the VVX business media phones function as a high-performance attendant console that can accommodate up to three VVX Expansion Modules. Telephone attendants can reduce the number of lost customer calls, shorten transaction times, and improve call routing accuracy by accepting, screening, dispatching, and monitoring calls quickly and efficiently.
The Polycom VVX Color Expansion Module is a true "plug-and-play" device that requires no configuration because power and signaling are supplied by the host VVX business media phone. The Expansion Module operates without the need for any additional cables or power supplies.
