Plantronics APV-66 Worked Perfectly

The Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 worked perfectly when paired with my work's Avaya 4621SW IP phone and a Plantronics CS510. I was confused about exactly what functionality this item would provide other than the on-hook/off-hook control.
