Overview of Panasonic KX-TDA50G Hybrid IP PBX System | New

The Panasonic KX-TDA50G Hybrid IP PBX System is a traditional phone system designed for small enterprises. The system may be configured to accommodate up to 48 extensions at a time and includes caller ID.

If your company wants to stay competitive today, it requires a communication solution that can adapt with you. Panasonic's KX-TD, KX-TA, and now IP-based KX-TDA series systems help maintain your company on the cutting edge of telephony. The KX-TDA was created not just to help your business expand, but also to equip you with the resources you need to provide business solutions at an accessible price.

In commercial environments where personnel are frequently on the move or away from their desks, the KX-TDA provides cutting-edge wireless functionality built into the system rather than as an add-on.

The KX-TDA is intended to be a versatile system. It is easily configurable from 8 to 128 extensions, allowing the system to grow with your business. Each system is programmable to meet your company's individual demands, and because the system is constructed with flexible slots, you may add any of our interface trunks, extensions, or supplementary cards at any moment. Furthermore, this technology is compatible with many of our other handsets, giving it a more personalized feel. Make the system work for you by tailoring it to your specific requirements.

Our system can be networked together utilizing modern IP technology for organizations with various locations, making the KX-TDA50G a wise investment for your needs today and tomorrow.

Key Features of Panasonic KX-TDA50G Hybrid IP PBX System

Networking

If you are constructing your company's private telephone network or simply connecting to the PSTN, the KX-TDA provides a wide range of cost-effective choices to match your specific needs.

T1 and ISDN Primary Rate Service

The system's T1 or ISDN Primary Rate service electronically divides two pairs of wires into 24 channels, eliminating the need for separate lines and providing a highly cost-effective way to link the system to the telephone company's central office.

Q-SIG

The Q-SIG protocol provides the most adaptable base for future growth. It is supported by international standards groups (ITU-T and ETSI) and assures that the KX-TDA can communicate with other vendors' systems and non-Panasonic networks. By allowing two devices to communicate with each other, this protocol can be used to boost PRI capacity and improve ISDN.

Voice Over IP Gateways

The KX-TDA IP PBX system can be supplied with an optional VOIP card, allowing you to connect the system to your current data network and route calls between two KX-TDA IP-PBX systems at a low cost.

Secure Digital (SD) Card

Any telephone system must be reliable. The system software and local database data are permanently stored on a detachable Panasonic secure digital SD card. If the system fails catastrophically, you can rest confident that all of the vital data on your system can be simply loaded back into the system from the SD card. Furthermore, the SD card makes it simple to add additional functions to the system.

Programming and Maintenance

Panasonic certified technicians have numerous password-protected entry points to program and maintain the system. For onsite access, the system includes an RS232 and a USB port. The system can also be configured to provide remote access via a dial-up modem or the Internet.

Universal Call Distribution

Having Universal Call Distribution is a less expensive option than building another call center. Incoming calls are evenly allocated to operators or agents logged into a certain UCD group, such as those required by a travel office, customer care center, and so on, using Universal Call Distribution. In a cycle, four different outgoing messages can be recorded and played again, and overflow calls can be routed to a separate extension. Members of a UCD group can also temporarily remove themselves from the group. This gives members the opportunity to have lunch or finish papers before taking another call. When they are ready to answer calls, they can return to the group.

Telephone Application Programming Interface (TAPI) Compliant

TAPI compliance enables the user to connect their PC to the network system. It is a collection of files and specifications for using telephony in a Windows system. This standard software interface allows you and your computer to "talk" to one other, allowing integration of telephone and computer systems across telephones to people or phone-connected resources practically anywhere in the globe.

System Speed Dialing

The KX-TDA50G supports up to 1000 tenant and 2000 system speed dialing numbers (each with 24 digits) for all extension users. System speed dialing numbers and names can be programmed by both the user and the system administrator. Furthermore, some KX-T7600 series phones, such as the KX-T7636 and KX-T7633, allow you to scroll through the speed dial list and simply press the speakerphone key to dial the number. This capability is applicable to both system and personal phone numbers.
