Overview of HPE J9775A Aruba 2530-48G Managed Switch 48 Ethernet Ports | Recertified

The HPE J9775A Aruba 2530-48G Managed Switch 48 Ethernet Ports offers enterprise, branch office, and SMBs security, dependability, and ease of use. This fully managed switch series provides complete Layer 2 functionality, including increased access security, ACLs, traffic prioritization, sFlow, and IPv6 host compatibility. The availability of 8-, 24-, and 48-port variants with Gigabit or Fast Ethernet ports, optional PoE+, and optional 10GbE uplinks simplifies implementation. With fanless variants, Energy Efficient Ethernet, the ability to disable LEDs, and enable port low power mode, the 2530 saves power. With unified management tools like ClearPass Policy Manager and Airwave Network Management, these switches give a consistent wired/wireless user experience.

The HPE J9775A Aruba 2530-48G Managed Switch 48 Ethernet Ports provides uplink options with four Gigabit or two 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplinks on some 24- and 48-port variants. For fiber connectivity, the Gigabit 24- and 48-port models include either two small form-factor pluggable plus (SFP+) or four small form-factor pluggable (SFP) slots. The Fast Ethernet 24- and 48-port variants include two SFPs and two RJ-45 Gigabit uplinks. The 8-port switches are fanless and compact, having two dual-personality ports that can be utilized as either RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet or SFP ports. The PoE+ switch types are IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at compatible, with up to 30 W per port, making them appropriate for voice, video, or wireless deployments with PoE+.
