The Cisco 8861 IP Phone with Multiplatform Firmware (CP-8861-3PCC-K9) supports third-party call control (SIP) on compatible open SIP, third-party UCaaS voice and video platforms. It uses proprietary multiplatform (MPP) firmware and does not support Cisco call control. The Cisco 8861 IP Phone gives a superior, user-friendly experience to your organization. Cisco Intelligent Proximity connects select telephony features to your personal mobile devices. USB and Bluetooth compatibility provide accessory possibilities, while wideband audio allows for high-quality voice connections.
