IP Office combines high-end voice and data applications, typically reserved for large enterprises, with simple tools that enable even the smallest businesses to provide cutting-edge customer service.

The Avaya IP Office family includes the IP Office 500 series communications solutions. The Avaya IP Office IP500 V2 (700476005) is the most recent control unit in the Avaya IP500 line of products, supporting IP Office Release 6.0 and higher. Avaya phone systems can be expanded using expansion modules and cards.

● Trunk Cards - IP500 ATM 4 V2, PRI 1, and PRI 2 trunk interface cards can be installed on IP500 base cards.
● 2 SD Card Slots - Supports the system SD card (required) and an optional SD card.

● Voice Mail Channels - Maximum of 40 usable for Voicemail Pro/TAPI WAV connection sessions.
● 8 Integrated Expansion Ports - Supports Digital Station 16/30, Phone 8/16/30, and Analog Trunk 16 external expansion modules.
● Support for up to 12 External Expansion Modules - In addition to the 8 built-in expansion ports, the 4-Port Expansion base card allows you to add up to 4 more.
● 2 LAN ports, full duplex 10/100 Mbps; managed layer 3 Ethernet switch. Additional Ports: Music on-hold, DTE port, external relay switch for door entry controls, and integral WAN port. Includes Power cord
