What if I forget my Password or need to change it?

If your memory fails you, or you forget and accidently leave it somewhere, you can retrieve your password (via e-mail) by clicking on "forgot password" button.



What does "Recertified" mean?

"Recertified" means the item has been gently used and reconditioned to a like new condition. Each item comes with a one year warranty. All products have been 100% tested and include a brand new or like new headset, new curly cord, new line cord, new button kit, and user guide.



Can I trade in my old telephone system?

Yes! TelQuest International purchases your out of service, discontinued and defective equipment from all major manufacturers (Nortel, Avaya, Panasonic, NEC and many more). Simply visit our trade in page, or email us a list of the equipment you have to offer, as well as the condition and we will give you a purchase price for your equipment as soon as possible.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.



Can I return my purchase?

Please visit our returns section before attempting to return any merchandise. All sales are final, so please choose your products carefully. Damaged or defective items may not be returned for replacement, not for a refund. All claims must be made upon receipt goods.



How long is my warranty period?

Warranty periods are stated on individual invoices of sale. Remanufactured equipment includes a full 90 day warranty and brand new equipment includes a full one year warranty. Each product we offer has a unique serial number and tampering with it voids warranty. We also offer extended warranty periods for a small additional fee.



How do I submit a Quote?

Either on a product page, you can select 'Add to Quote', or going to Request a Quote page after logging into your account and you can add items there manually. Make sure your address is accurate and you may add any comments/remarks you would like on the submitted quote. Once your quote has been submitted, a sales representative will contact you shortly. How do I know if my quote is approved?

You will receive an email when you quote gets approved and from there you can place your order. If for some reason your quote is not approved, a sales representative will contact you with more information.



How do I change/update the credit card(s) on my account?

Simply go to the Credit Cards Page in your account center. There, you can edit or remove current cards you have on your account as well as add more cards.



How do I update/change the shipping or billing address on my account?

Simply go to the Address Book Page in your account center. There, you can edit or remove current addresses you have on your account as well as add more addresses.



How do I view my invoices?

>Simply go to the Invoices Page in your account center. There, you can view all invoices on your account. You can view your open invoices or paid in full. You can also filter your invoices by amount due, due date, invoice date, or invoice number.



How do I view the warranty on the items I have purchased?

Simply go to the Warranty Information Page in your account center. There, you can view all transactions and items that you have warranty on. You can also view the warranty term and when the warranty is expiring.

Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?

What is the cost of shipping?

TelQuest International has negotiated with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other common carriers to bring you the best shipping rates. We're simply passing along the shipping costs to you (no additional handling charges will be added), which allows us to give you the low price that you are getting.



How long does it take to get my order?

TelQuest International works vigorously to get your order out on the same day. All air orders placed before 4pm EST will be processed that day. telquestintl.com operates a state of the art warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and accurately.



How do I check the status of my order?

TelQuest International will send you an email confirmation informing you of the status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number letting you know exactly where your package is.
