Poly Savi 8220 UC is a wireless headset is a lightweight stereo headset that offers wideband HD audio on calls and fullband hi-fi audio for use with media like music. The padded headband and speakers mean all day comfort. The rechargeable Li-ion polymer battery is rated for up to 13 hours of talk time. On top of active noise cancellation via the speakers, you get a noise cancelling microphone on a flexible mic boom.
The new Close Conversation Limiting technology greatly reduces background noise, especially important in open office environments. Call controls are integrated into the headset. Poly Savi 8220 UC uses DECT 6.0 to communicate with a base, which doubles as a charging cradle. The base connects to a desk phone or PC.
The Poly Savi 8200 Series is certified for DECT Security with eight discreet security measures, so your communications meet gold-standard protection. DECT offers a wireless range beyond Bluetooth: up to 180ft in the office or an incredible 590ft line of sight. DECT also reduces spectrum density in offices with numerous Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.
