The secure DECT wireless technology, Bluetooth technology in the base, excellent range, noise-canceling microphone, wideband audio, and one-touch call controls are all included in the Savi 8240-M Office. It's a great fit for Microsoft Teams environments where employees use desktop apps/softphones, desk phones, and mobile devices.

  • With the included accessories, the Savi 8240-M monaural headset can be worn in one of three ways. It includes an ear hook, a neckband behind the head, and an over-the-head headband.
  • This headset is designed to work with a wide range of Microsoft communication applications. Without the need for additional Plantronics software, the Savi 8240-M supports call control via Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business.
  • For training and group collaboration, connect up to four Savi 8200 series headsets to a single base.
  • The headset is DECT Security Certified, which means it adheres to security standards to keep your conversations private.
  • The Plantronics Hub program for Windows and Mac PCs allows you to configure and monitor the Savi 8240-M headset's settings. You get a visual indicator of mute and battery status, call control with call answer/end, mute, and volume adjustment, the ability to change the language of the voice prompt, and more.
  • This feature is intended to protect your hearing while you use the headset. SoundGuard DIGITAL provides protection against sound levels greater than 118 dBA.
