The Cisco Meraki MR53 is a cloud-managed 4x4:4 802.11ac Wave 2 access point that supports 160 MHz channels and MU-MIMO. The MR53 is intended for next-generation deployments in offices, schools, hospitals, shops, and hotels. It provides high performance, enterprise-grade security, and simple management.
A maximum aggregate frame rate of 2.5 Gbps* is possible with the MR53 when using concurrent 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios. Real-time WIDS/WIPS with automated RF optimization is offered by a dedicated third radio, while Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning and beaconing are provided by an integrated fourth radio.
