The Cisco IP Phone 8841 increases personal productivity by providing an engaging user experience that is both powerful and simple to use. The IP Phone 8841 features an ergonomic design, wideband audio for clear voice communications, Always-on reliability, encrypted voice communications for security, and access to unified communication features from Cisco on-premises and hosted infrastructure platforms, including third-party hosted call control.
The Cisco IP Phone 8841 features five programmable line keys. You can set up keys to support either multiple directory numbers or call features like speed dial. You can also increase productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number using the multicall-per-line function. Fixed function keys provide one-touch access to applications, messaging, directories, and frequently used calling features like hold/resume, transfer, and conference. Backlit acoustic keys allow for more flexibility when selecting and switching audio paths.
